Vivago and Cozify have collaborated to implement the next-generation Vivago POINT access point product family, delivery of which started to users at the end of 2022.
Cozify has implemented a next-generation Vivago POINT access point, tailored for Vivago, based on the ZEN hub. The access point transmits data through 4G network from Vivago watches and other alarm devices to nursing professionals via Vivago Vista software.
The new access point receives alarm and well-being data from Vivago watches and other alarms and forwards it to Vivago Vista software. The manual and automatic alarms produced by the system, as well as real-time monitoring of well-being, bring security to tens of thousands of people every day.
For Vivago, the productized POINT access point and its management service are a central and important part of the intelligent Vivago solution. As part of the Vivago service, POINT access points are delivered to various care facilities or homes. By collaborating, Vivago can offer older people and others in need of support more comprehensive safety and well-being solutions for different environments.
Vivago solutions are widely used, for example, in various forms of assisted living, rehabilitation and home care.
The access point family's products have been delivered to customer sites since the end of 2022. These new product family POINT access points are already in use in several care facilities and personal alarm customers.

Vivago watches and other alarm devices report location information and, if necessary, emergency distress calls in real time via Cozify's connection bus.

On top of Cozify's IoT platform, companies can easily build their own solutions. With these implementations, both hardware and software are tailored to the customer's needs.
In addition to the connectivity implemented using Cozify’s hubs and local EDGE computings, the platform also provides the necessary management tools and Fleet Management.
Management tools mean, for example, mass-provisioned programming and features that facilitate deployment.
Fleet Management in Vivago’s case means managing thousands of devices remotely. Vivago watches, alarm buttons and even building technology can be integrated into one functional whole. In addition, the platform automatically handles e.g. security updates.
During the project, the Vivago and Cozify teams have worked daily to achieve common goals.

Cozify ZEN är förinstallerat i varje lägenhet i höghusen i Fiskehamnen. De boende kan utöver standardfunktionerna för energiövervakning utöka funktionera i sitt smarta hem med skräddarsydda smarta paket.
