From Challenge to Momentum: Reflections on Two Years at Cozify
Reaching my two‑year anniversary at Cozify as the CEO offers a natural opportunity to look back and reflect a bit, not so much to celebrate results, but to acknowledge the journey and the collective effort behind our progress.
There’s no reason to sugarcoat it: 2024 was a difficult year. We had made several major investments in our platform and organization, and our cost structure reflected an ambition that the market, at that point in time, did not fully support. It required us to confront hard questions, prioritize extensively, and rebuild the business on a more efficient, focused foundation.
During 2025, that groundwork began to show tangible results. We streamlined the organization, improved cost efficiency, and created clearer processes across teams. These internal changes, quiet, unglamorous, but essential, enabled a meaningful shift in our financial performance. Several key metrics turned from negative to positive, such as cash-flow, revenue growth and profitability.
And as the 2025 financials will show, once ready and published, we are now entering 2026 from a much stronger position. The company is healthier, more disciplined, and better aligned around sustainable growth.
Outlook for 2026, Cozify HAN
We have also put a lot of effort in improving our customer understanding and tailor our sales and marketing efforts based on this, especially linked to our new product, the Cozify HAN.
Building a solid pipeline for a newly launched product takes time, trust and persistence, but the early signals are encouraging, including our month-on-month sales growth. As volatility in the energy market increases, monitoring and reacting to energy consumption truly pays off.
We are now better positioned to accelerate our growth and take the next steps toward internationalization, steps that previously would have been difficult to justify without a stable foundation beneath us.
At the same time we have sharpened our focus related to our Cozify ONE IoT Platform and family of Cozify Smart IoT Controllers, with which we will help our customers solve their IoT challenges in various industries across numerous markets.
This doesn’t mark the end of a journey, but a turning point. Cozify has turned a leaf. With a more effective organization, renewed financial stability, and a clearer strategy, we are ready for the next phase.
More than anything, I want to extend my sincere thanks to our team, partners, and customers. The progress we’ve made is the result of collective resilience, collaboration, and belief in us. I’m genuinely excited about the road ahead.
