Artificial intelligence is nowadays often utilized as one of the tools in application development, as is the case with us here in Cozify. As a company using Microsoft 365 services and partnering with DNA, this year we also implemented Microsoft's AI feature, Copilot, which streamlines our office routines and communication. At the same time, we transferred a significant portion of our operator services to DNA.
